No. 1394 of 2021 by the learned 3rd Jt. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur, by its Judgment and Order dated 9th October 2023. She tendered across the bar a copy of the said Judgment and Order.

2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of F.I.R. No. 112 of 2013 registered with Jail Road Police Station, Solapur, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
