By this Application, Applicant seeks to condone 78 days delay caused in filing Civil Revision Application.

Perused the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of application. It is contention of Applicant that initially documents were handed over to some other Advocate. Later on, he came to know that documents have not reached to Advocate appearing in High Court. Hence, he arranged another set of documents and filed Gaikwad RD 1/2

59-ia-10764-2024.doc Civil Revision Application without making further delay. Apparently, delay caused is not intentional or deliberate. The reasons given in Application justified the sufficient cause.

In that view of the matter, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a).

Civil Revision Application be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
