On 18th December 2006, Rule was granted in the aforesaid petition. The said order dated 18th December 2006, reads thus:- "Heard.

Rule.

No interim relief.

Mr. Alange waives service for respondent No.

Kango & Co. waives service for respondent No.2." 2.

The office noting shows that since the advocate on record then appearing for the petitioner had been elevated, notice was issued N. S. Chitnis 1/2

14-wp.8931.2004.doc to the petitioner. The office noting shows that Court Service Notice issued to the petitioner is duly served with bailiff's remark dated 11th September 2018. Frome 2018, till date no efforts seems to have been taken by the petitioner to engage an advocate. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the aforesaid petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
