Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 6B(i) returnable 20th April, 2023.

IA No. 10512 of 2022 :- 9.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is taken out to bring the legal representative of respondent No. 5 who passed away on 9th February, 2005. 11.

It seems that the proceedings were initiated against deceased respondent No. 5 before the Minister.

It is the contention of the applicant that the factum of death of respondent No. 5 was not brought to the notice of the applicant/petitioner by rest of the respondents. 13.

To advance the cause of justice, the petitioner is permitted to implead respondent No. 5A to 5E. Necessary amendment be carried out in the petition.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 5A to 5E returnable 20th April, 2023.

15.

In addition to Court notice, the petitioner is permitted to serve respondent Nos. 5A to 5E by private service and file affidavit of service.
