P.C.:- Advocate Ms. Yadav submitted that, as per her instructions from the wife of the Appellant, Appellant has passed away on 1st February, 2022.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karad, District Satara has forwarded a communication dated 15th March, 2022 annexing therewith a report dated 18th March, 2022 signed by Shri. P. V. Taralkar, Police Constable attached to Dhebewadi Police Station stating that, the Appellant Ananda Shamrao Salunkhe has passed away. A death certificate dated 14th February, 2022 issued by Registrar (Birth & Death) Malkapur Municipality is annexed therewith. As per the said death certificate, Ananda Shamrao Salunkhe i.e. Appellant herein has passed away on 1st February, 2022. 3.

In view of the fact that the Appellant has passed away, present Appeal stands abated and is accordingly disposed off. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
