It is submitted that Special Power of Attorney dated 11th April, 2018 signed by all the respondents in favour of Krishna Maruti Gore is produced. This Special Power of Attorney is taken on record and marked as Exh.-1. The parties along with their respective counsel signed the consent terms. The consent terms is taken on record and marked as Exhibit

2. The undertaking given in the consent terms by the parties is accepted.

In view of the consent terms, Second Appeals are disposed of. Decree to be drawn accordingly. Refund of Court fees as per rules. 6.

Civil Application nos. 1209 of 2009 in Second Appeal No. 570 of 1998 and Civil Application No. 1210 of 2009 in Second Appeal No. 571 of 1998 filed by the applicants for bringing additional evidence in Second Appeals are also accordingly disposed of in view of the consent terms.
