Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that, in the cause title of the said order it is wrongly typed as 'The State of Maharashtra & Anr' instead of 'Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University & Ors'. It is also submitted that, the appearance of the Respondent No. 1 is not mentioned and same needs to be taken. He further submits that, in frst line it is noted that AGP appearing for Bhagyawant Punde

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 the above-mentioned necessary corrections to be carried out. After carrying out necessary corrections fresh order to be uploaded.
