When the above matter had come up on 2nd January 2025, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. We, had therefore, directed that the above matter be kept on Board for dismissal on 9th January 2025. However, inadvertently the matter was not listed on 9th January 2025 and was listed on 10th January 2025. Since on 2nd January 2025, we had directed that the matter be kept on 9th January 2025, we did not proceed to dismiss the above Writ Petition on the said date and directed that the same be placed on Board today for dismissal.

In our order we had make it clear that if none appears on behalf of the Petitioner, we will proceed to dismiss the above Writ Petition for want of prosecution.

Today when the matter is called out, once again none appears on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the above Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
