The Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.2Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner earlier which is stated to be pending. The Petitioner has sought the following prayer :

"(B) To direct the Respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune to decide Tribe Claim of the Petitioner which was pending earlier since 26.7.2013 and now since 10.5.2023 within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, by issuing appropriate writ, orders or directions as the case may be".

The Petitioner will first make an application to Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee for expeditious disposal of his claim. 3.

While dealing with this application, either for granting or rejecting the same, the Scrutiny Committee will give reasons. The application would be decided within a period of three weeks from the date it is presented.
