These are the applications for intervention by the first informant in C.R. No. 131 of 2018 dated 12th May 2018 registered with Wai Police Station, Satara for the offence punishable under Section 306, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 1124 of 2018 and 1183 of 2018 are hereby directed to implead the first informant Mr. Asif Papamiya Sheikh as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Counsel for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
