This is an application seeking condonation of delay of sixteen days in preferring appeal against judgment and order dated 26th February 2016 passed by Ad­hoc Sessions Judge­1, Kolhapur in Sessions Case No.23 of 2014. Learned counsel Mr.Ritesh Ratnam submits that he has instructions to appear for respondents. He waives service.

Considering the explanation tendered in the application, delay of sixteen days is condoned. Criminal Application No.424 of 2016 is allowed and disposed off.
