The application is listed for extension of time to conclude the trial. By order dated 24th September 2019, the trial Court was requested to make efforts to complete the trial within three months. The trial Court has forwarded request letter dated 26th December 2019, seeking extension of three months giving reasons for not concluding the trial within stipulated time. It is also mentioned that, six witnesses were examined expeditiously. The writ along with order was received on 14th November 2019.

For the reasons stated in the request letter, time to conclude the trial is extended by three months from date of receipt of order. One of the reason stated in the request letter is that, the order was
