DATE : AUGUST 5, 2019 P.C. :- The original petitioner sufered an order under the provisions of 57 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 thereby directing recovery of the sum by the Tribunal, which amount is directed to be deposited with respondent No.3 by this Court while granting status quo.

In the aforesaid background, the applicant who claims to be the elected member of the respondent No.3, therefore, has a right to intervene.

This Court hardly noticed any legal injury or locus to the applicant to move the application for intervention. 4.

As such, the civil application is rejected.

The writ petition be placed for admission on October 3, 2019.
