Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the issue concerning age relaxation of the Petitioner in service was the subject matter of consideration before the concerned authorities. It is submitted that approval was earlier granted by the Education Officer but, stayed as report was called. Thereafter, representation was made by petitioner addressed to the Deputy Director, Education, Solapur.

Without entering into the merits and without expressing any opinion, we direct the Deputy Director, Pune Region, Pune to look into the issue and grievance of the Petitioner and take

Rng 2 appropriate decision on its own merits after calling for record and report from the Education Officer and Respondent­Management and the Deputy Director is entitled to hear the Petitioner if it is found necessary. The decision be taken within a period of three months. 3.
