This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated August 7, 2018.

It is pointed out that in the said order in the cause title the name of the Applicant viz. Amir Mahamood Khan was wrongly typed as Lalahamad Mahamadsab Palande and the same may be corrected. 3.

Similarly, it is pointed out that the said application is a bail application and not an anticipatory bail application. But, on page 4, in paragraph 8, Order V.A. Tikam 1/2

column (ii), it was wrongly typed as 'In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail .........'. It is accordingly pointed out that the words 'In the event of arrest' may be deleted and sentence starts from 'The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing...'.

Application is accordingly modified and the order dated August 7, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
