Since the parties have filed Consent Terms before the District Court at Solapur, the above Second Appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. The District Court, Solapur may proceed to pass its final order in the Appeal, which is pending before it. Since both the parties are senior citizens and have been staying separately since last several decades, by consent of the parties, the period of six months prescribed under Section 13B (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is waived. The parties shall appear before the 5th Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur on 21st January, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain a Decree of Divorce by mutual consent. The above Civil Applications are also disposed of.
