He submits that in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of the applicant is mentioned as 'Rohita Kashinath Shinde' instead of 'Rohit Kashinath Shinde'.

Accordingly, the name of the applicant appearing in the cause title of the aforesaid order be corrected to read as 'Rohit Kashinath Shinde'. Order accordingly.
