This Civil Application is filed for the restoration of the Contempt Petition (Stamp) No. 25241 in Writ Petition No. 2345/2012. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant / Petitioner relying upon the contents of the application submits that, in case the contempt petition is not restored to its original file the applicant will suffer irreparable loss since issue raised is about pension.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the Umesh Malani
2/2 65.CAN.71.2017.doc application for restoration of the contempt petition is condoned. Contempt Petition (Stamp) No. 25241 of 2015 is restored to its original file. The counsel appearing for the Applicant / Petitioner shall remove all office objections in the contempt petition within three weeks from today. The application stands disposed of.
