CORAM

: AMIT BORKAR, J.

DATED : SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 P.C.:

1.

Challenge in this petition is to the order passing "No Say Order" against the petitioner in an application filed under Order 39 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure Code, 1908. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions states that the main application under Order 39 Rule 11 is not pressed by the Respondent before the Trial Court. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
