By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks direction against the District Superintendent of Land Record, Sangli to club two City Survey Appeals pending before him and hear the same expeditiously. Before approaching this Court, the Petitioner ought to have made an application seeking the aforesaid relief from the learned District Superintendent of Land Record, Sangli, which is not done. In view thereof, we are not inclined to pass any orders in the above Writ Petition.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make necessary Application before the learned District Superintendent of Land Record, Sangli who shall
