The petitioners are challenging an order passed by respondent No.1 refusing to grant interim relief during pendency of the revision application. However, the impugned order appears to have been passed in the year 2017. Hence, at this stage, it is not necessary to consider the writ petition on merits. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.

All contentions raised by the petitioners are kept to be agitated in appropriate proceedings.
