The petitioners-original plaintiffs are challenging order passed by the Appellate Court dated 22 August 2016. The Trial Court, by the order dated 20 February 2012, granted injunction against the petitioners. The said order is in force since 20 February 2012. Hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised on merits are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 2.
