Perused the reasons stated in the application. Application seeking restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objection is allowed. The Application is accordingly disposed of and the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing.

The Petitioner admittedly has no personal cause as stated in the petition in making a grievance regarding alleged defalcation of money by the Respondent/Institute. He has joined the Respondent-Institution, its officer bearers and certain private persons as party respondents but no statutory authority is joined as Respondent. The Petition is entirely misconceived. If it is the case of the Petitioner that there are certain defalcation of funds, the Petitioner should first approach the concerned statutory authority with a grievance.

Writ Petition (Stamp) No.29532 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of.
