This is an Application for bringing legal heirs of the Respondent No.29D on record. It is stated that, the Respondent No.29D expired on 20th July 2014. There is a delay of 2 years and 262 days in filing the present Application.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the legal heirs of the Respondent No.29D have been duly served and Affidavit of Service dated 9th February 2018 to that effect has been filed on record. Despite service, none-appears for the Respondent Nos.29D, 29(D)(i) and 29(D)(ii).

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.7 to 18 have no serious objection for allowing the present Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (d). 5.
