By this Application the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik J.) by order dated 16th January, 2023.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is directed by this Court not to enter into the area of Solapur district except for the purpose of attending the trial. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that since 2 years the applicant has not entered into Solapur District.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused record. 6.

Investigation is completed. Chargesheet has been filed. There is no progress in trial. The applicant is attending the court dates regularly. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

The condition Nos. (d) imposed on the applicant by this Court vide order dated 16th January, 2023 is hereby relaxed. III. Applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

IV.

Applicant shall attend the Court dates regularly. V.
