Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that if the charge-sheet is filed, the Applicants may be permitted to file a discharge application before the Trial Court. In that case, he is not pressing the present Application.

ORDER

a.

The Investigating Agency is permitted to file the appropriate police report before the competent Court. b.

The Application is not pressed by the Applicants, however, the Applicants are at liberty to prefer an Application for discharge or any other similar Application before the Trial Court in accordance with law.

c.

If such Application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by withdrawal of this Application. 4.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
