Learned counsel for the appellant stated that the present appellant had earlier filed appeal no.686/2015 and same is already admitted on 23rd July 2015. He further stated that due to inadvertence this fact was not known to the learned counsel for the appellant and as such present appeal was filed. He prayed for withdrawal of the present appeal no.696/2015. The present appeal is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of along with the application for bail in the matter. (A.R.
