The interim application is taken out by the applicants for condonation of delay of 350 days in filing the Interim Application, for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner no. 3 on record & for condonation of delay of 350 days in setting aside the abatement against the petitioner no. 3.

The counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that he has no objection for allowing the Interim Application. As such, the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c). 3.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
