The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants submitted that in light of the order passed by this Court on 18th October 2023 read with the order passed today in Interim Application No.57 of 2024, nothing would survive in the above Interim Application and the same can be disposed of as such. Accordingly the above Interim Application is disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
