The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner claims that petitioner's caste validity claim is pending since 31/07/2013. Having regard to the same, we dispose of the writ petition by Iresh Siddharam Mashal directing respondent no. 2 Committee to consider and decide the petitioner's caste validity claim, as expeditiously as possible, in any by Iresh Siddharam Mashal Date:

2018.07.10 16:23:10 +0530 case, within 6 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner

Till the petitioner's caste validity claim is decide, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner, in pursuance to the show cause notice dated 19/06/2018 Exhibit 'H" issued by respondent no. 3.
