By the impugned order, the Executing Court attached salary of the petitioner. This Court granted stay to the said order. The petitioner has retired with effect from 30 June 2024. 2.

Since the order was not executed and the petitioner has retired during pendency of the present writ petition, the impugned order has become inoperative.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of by holding that the impugned order is inoperative.

Petitioner's contentions on merit are kept open to be agitated if occasion so arises. The Executing Court shall decide darkhast proceedings uninfluenced by the observations made in the present order.
