Since the application is filed within limitation, it deserves to be allowed and is allowed in terms of prayer cause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out in the title clause of the appeal within a period of one week from today.

Since the appeal is of the year 1995 and is already admitted, and the R. & P. is also received, let the appeal be listed for direction on 18/04/2022 to fix up an early date of hearing. 5.

The legal heirs of respondent No.6F have already been noticed, no fresh notice is necessary.
