The learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that Shri Vijaykumar S. Sakale, Advocate, be appointed an Arbitrator. In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri Vijaykumar S. Sakale, Advocate, Sakale & Sakale Law, Shiv Meridian, M.G. Road, Opp. Collector Bunglow, Sangli, is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

ii) Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to Shri Vijaykumar S. Sakale, Advocate, along with a memorandum of address of the parties.
