By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Respondent No.4 has already issued a letter of appointment of the Petitioner appointing on the post of Peon w.e.f. 01.12.2021.

The Petitioner has accepted the said appointment and would report on the appointed date. He submits that in view of the present letter of appointment, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The statement is accepted.

21.2168.20-wp.odt The Petitioner is permitted to report to Respondent no.4 on 01.12.2021. The Respondent No.4 shall allow the Petitioner to report and to work as a Peon pursuant to the said order of appointment. A copy of the appointment order is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Respondent Management agrees to send a proposal for approval to Respondent No.3 within two weeks from the date of the Petitioner joining Respondent No.4. A copy of the said proposal shall be furnished to the Petitioner. The Respondent No.3 shall consider the said proposal in accordance with law and grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioner within 4 weeks thereafter. If the approval is granted, the consequential benefits shall be provided to the Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
