Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.1052 of 2021 registered with Mohol Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 327, 143, 147, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC.

Learned APP submits that there are antecedents and sufficient evidence available on record which depicts applicants' involvement in the crime in question.

I have appreciated the said submissions.

Case of the prosecution is, chain of five tolas is removed by the applicants from the complainant. The investigation papers do not reflect source of such chain to the complainant. Apart from BGP.

The fact remains that the land in relation to which the offence alleged to have been committed belong to the government and not to the complainant. As such, false implication of the applicants cannot be ruled out.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
8.
Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer from 26th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022. 9.
The application as such stands disposed of.
