By an order dated 4th January, 2016 passed by this court, this court had granted adjournment to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take instructions in the matter in view of the fact that the respondents have been already reinstated and the amount which has been deposited towards back-wages in this writ petition has been already withdrawn by the respondents. Mr.Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not given any instructions inspite of the letter addressed by the learned advocate on record to the petitioners to give appropriate instructions till date. I am not inclined to grant any adjournment to the petitioners again to take instructions. Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs. Rule is discharged. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
