It is seen from the averments made in the application as well as from the record that since the date of his arrest, the applicant/accused is in jail. He was arrested in the year 2008. The applicant has contended that he has completed sentence of about eleven years and therefore his appeal be expedited and Ms.Nasreen Ayubi, the learned Advocate be appointed to represent Gaikwad RD 1/2
