As per the order dated 13th August 2024, the matter was referred for mediation to District Legal Services Authority - Pandharpur. There is a report received from learned Secretary - DLSA - Solapur dated 14th October 2024. It is annexed by the copy of 'consent terms' executed in between the Appellant and 4 Respondents/Claimants. 2.

The Respondent No.5 was Opponent No.5. Both of them have Satish Sangar 1/2

1-IA(ST)-16199-2021+IA-2872-2021-IN-FA(ST)-16197-2021.doc settled the matter for an amount of Rs.6,70,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh Seventy Thousand Only). The Claimants have received the entire amount and that is described in Para No.6 of the 'consent terms'. The letter and consent terms are marked as Annexure-X. 3.

In view of that, now, the Appellant-owner do not want to prosecute this Appeal. It is disposed of by way of settlement. 4.

Refund of Court fees as per the Rules.

The owner is at liberty to withdraw that amount. 6.

Pending Applications, if any, are also disposed of. 7.
