The present Civil Revision Application takes exception to order dated 23rd April 2015 passed below Exhibit 59 in Special Civil Suit No.147 of 2012. The said application was filed raising objection as to territorial jurisdiction to entertain the suit. However, during pendency of present Revision Application, parties arrived at amicable settlement. Eventually, the suit has been disposed of as compromised vide order dated 30th March 2017.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in present Revision Application and same is disposed of.
