This Anticipatory Bail Application was disposed of on 10th July, 2023. At that time, first informant was heard and represented by the Advocate. Also at that time, it was not told that Vakalatnama is not filed on behalf of the first informant. He went to file Vakalatnama Department is not accepting it, as he was not a party to that Application.

Be that it may, he was heard at length through counsel, office is directed to accept the Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the first informant.
