DATE : 30th NOVEMBER, 2023 P.C. :- Learned counsel for both the parties submit to this Court that the applicant/husband has died. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this criminal Revision Application challenges the order of maintenance granted by the JMFC, Kolhapur. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant has deposited the arrears of maintenance in this Court. He submits that since the applicant has deposited, nothing survives in this criminal Revision Application. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the

KVM 2/2 5 - REVN 421 OF 2016.doc respondents, this criminal Revision Application is disposed off as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the respondent no.1 to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the applicant in this Court along with accrued interest.
