Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as also learned AGP on Civil Application No. 924 of 2018 seeking the restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 27858 of 2013 which suffered dismissal on account of non­removal of office objection within time by condoning the delay caused in filing the Civil Application.

Having gone through the reasons assigned for 1/2

28. caw 924.18 doc condoning the delay for filing application, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for not filing the application within time. In the circumstances, we condone the delay.

We have considered the reasons for non­removal of office objection within time. We find that the applicant has explained sufficient cause for non­removal of office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow Civil Application and order restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 27858 of 2013 to its original number. Office objections be now removed within 4 weeks.

Civil Application is disposed of.
