We have perused the Interim Applications. The petitioner has expired during the COVID pandemic. As such, we are satisfied that there is no delay. In any event, there is sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, we allow these applications and permit the legal representatives of the petitioner to come on record and prosecute these Writ Petitions.

Ms Gunjan Shah states that she will now appear on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. 5.
The Interim Applications stand disposed of in the above terms.

Necessary amendments to be carried out within 2 weeks from today.
