2. The applicant was office bearer of APMC Solapur is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 258 of 2018 registered with Jail Road Police Station, District Solapur, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the order dated 5th March, 2019 passed by this Court whereby the pre-arrest protection has been granted to other directors of APMC.

4. I have perused the order dated 5th March, 2019 and the F.I.R. The order dated 5th March, 2019 has not been challenged by the State.

5. In view of this fact, the application is allowed and hence the following order :- (A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 258/2018 registered with Jail Road Police Station, District Solapur, applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (B) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer as and when directed by him.

(C) Applicant is directed to submit his contact details including landline/mobile no.,,permanent place of abode, property details within period of two weeks from today.

(D) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.
