This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant who is facing trial in Sessions Case No.57 /2011 before the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Learned APP has submitted that earlier Bail Application of the applicant was dismissed by order dated 5/1/2015. He further submitted that the trial has already commenced and 7­8 witnesses remain to be examined and that the trial is scheduled on 19/12/2015.

In view of dismissal of the earlier order and considering the fact that the trial has already commenced, the applicant is not entitled for bail. Bail application is dismissed. Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.57/2011 as expeditiously as possible within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the order.

Legal expenses of Mr. Harshwardhan Akolkar, learned counsel for the applicant are quantified at Rs.1,000/­ to be paid within one month from the date of the order.
