The proposal of the Petitioner has been disposed of as there were deficiencies in the proposal. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the management has cleared the deficiencies and communication to that effect is made on 26th November 2021. 2.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. If the management has cleared the deficiencies then the Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Junior Clerk on its own merits and take a decision preferably within a period of four months. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
