Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We find that the order dated 8th February 2019 was passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri without giving an opportunity to rectify / cure or explain the deficiencies before the proposal for individual approval came to be rejected. 3.

In this view of the matter, the impugned order can be treated as Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

27-11546-2022-CWP=.doc show-cause notice by the Education Officer (Secondary). The respondent - Management to rectify / explain the deficiencies within a period of two weeks from today. If there are any further deficiencies, the Education Officer (Secondary) to communicate the same within a period of two weeks thereafter. The respondent - Management to comply with such additional deficiencies, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of additional communication by the Education Officer (Secondary). 4.

The Education Officer (Secondary) take a decision on the said proposal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. In case, the individual approval is granted, the Deputy Director of Education to issue Shalarth ID to the petitioner expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
