The Applicant is convicted by learned Special Judge (ACB), Solapur for the offence punishable u/s 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and he is sentenced to suffer 5 Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

Considering the term of sentence and that the Appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in near future, I am inclined to release the Applicant on bail.

(i) The Applicant be released on PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) Interim application stands disposed of accordingly.
