The learned AGP on instructions states that the Application dated 10th January, 2011 filed by the Petitioner before the Collector, Mining Branch Satara will be decided within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

We are making it clear that since the Application is pending since very long before the Collector, Mining Branch, Satara, the Collector, Mining Branch,

The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad before whom Regular Civil Suit filed by the Petitioner is pending, shall dispose off the Application/s filed by the State in the said Suit on the adjourned dates i.e. on 10th and 11th December, 2021. No party shall seek time before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad unless absolutely necessary.

If the Order passed by the Collector is against the Petitioner, the interim protection i.e. not to handover possession of the subject premises to the successful bidder shall continue for a period of one week from the date of service of the Order on the Petitioner / his Advocate.

A copy of this Order shall be forthwith forwarded by the learned AGP to the Collector, Mining Branch, Satara.

The above Writ Petition as well as Interim Application stand disposed off.
