We have perused the order passed by this Court in PIL No. 70 of 2013 dated 11/12/2013 and the decision taken by the State and a communication made on 13/3/15 (Exh. KK). The State decided not to extend the local municipal limits of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. It is submitted that by a Resolution dated 11/6/2015, Kolhapur Municipal Corporation resubmitted the proposal for extension of local limits, which is

pil-132-15 pending consideration by the State Government. 2.

Learned Senior Counsel Shri Apte, appearing for the petitioners, submits that the State be directed again to pass appropriate order on the said proposal. Learned Senior Counsel Shri Chavan, appearing for the applicant-intervener, submits that such a request need not be entertained again and again. State has already taken a decision on the earlier proposal filed by the Corporation.

In the facts, we are not inclined to issue any direction to decide the proposal in a time bound frame. The State will deal with the issue in an appropriate manner and in accordance with law. 4.

PIL is disposed of accordingly. Civil Application No. 124 of 2015 does not survive and disposed as such.
